New4est sees itself as Rock/Pop, deeply influenced by British music — yet ultimately chasing a sound of its own, through songs meant to resonate beyond any era or genre. It stays at the edge of the alternative, with nods to Art Rock.

It all started in 2018 with Vicho and Mato: two lifelong friends who became brothers once they found what truly bound them — their passion for music. They began by recording covers of their favourite bands, and later set off writing songs of their own.

New4est didn’t spread its wings until 2023, when Vicho and Mato began shaping new songs and the concept of an album. In 2024 they found the missing pieces: Jose on bass and Jota on drums, who brought not only talent, but vision and creativity.
